Blue Cave in Herceg Novi - cave on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. Reflection of sunlight at certain times of the day gives a special grotto waters transparent turquoise color. The Blue Cave can be reached by boat. Amazing spectral refraction of sunlight in the clear turquoise waters of the grotto give birth to shine on the surface of the sea surface. Many shades of blue shimmer on the stone walls, reflected in the waters of the grotto. For dark and low, vaulted ceiling of the cave is hidden space brightly lit grotto. The sudden transition from utter darkness into blinding brilliance of heavenly color is stunning. In the cave you can swim, plunged into the water right out of the boat. Thanks to underground springs water in the grotto a few degrees warmer than outside.
